Thank you for your interest in our Fall Craft and Vendor Festival!
The event will take place on Saturday, September 28th from 9 am to 2 pm at the Keystone Heights Woman's Club located at 6747 Woman's Club Drive.
A few important changes this year!
1. We will be accepting 3 of each category ONLY. Once that is reached, the category will be closed. Only one MLM rep per company will be accepted.
2. You must turn in pictures of EVERY type of product that will be at your booth for approval. We reserve the right to ask you to remove something if it was not previously approved. This is an attempt to keep things fair and ensure a successful day for all. So if you sell cups, shirts and hats - please include at least one of each. We will use the pics for social media promos as well.
3. Once you have been approved, you will receive an invoice for your payment. You can pay it with a credit card, check or cash.
4. We heard your suggestions and have come up with some solutions we hope you will appreciate. This year you will have the option to decide what section you'd like your booth to be in!
After payment, we will send you info on how to choose. We will do setup by section at designated times to allow for unloading (ie closest to the building will be earlier, etc). We hope this will alleviate some of the frustration on set up night. This option will not be available the morning of the event so if you'd like to be able to unload close to your spot, please make arrangements to set up on Friday. Once booths are set up, there will be no driving thru the area. We will be happy to help you unload as needed and we will offer shuttles to the parking area the day of as well.
5. You will notice that prices have increased this year. The club house is very much in need of a new roof and this serves as a fundraiser to try and make that happen so we can have many more events in the future. We appreciate your support in these efforts!
